§ 1. Participation
The programme is organised by STAFFMONITOR, the CrewTango provider identified on this page. Participation is free and voluntary. Participants may be adults with full legal capacity or businesses acting through an authorised representative.
These terms cover the one-off referral reward. An ongoing commission-based B2B partnership requires a separate agreement signed by both parties. By making a referral, the participant accepts the version of these terms available at the time of submission.
A referrer chooses one remuneration model: a reward under the referral terms or commission under a signed partnership agreement. Remuneration is payable under one basis only. The two models cannot be used in parallel, and referral rewards cannot be combined with commission. The model is confirmed before the first referral is accepted. A change must be agreed in advance and applies to future referrals; it does not earn a second payment for previously settled referrals or cancel rights already acquired.
§ 2. A complete referral
A referral includes the participant’s full name, email and phone, plus the referred business’s name, tax ID, website, decision-maker’s full name, role, phone and email. It must describe the business’s needs and the source supporting the person’s role and connection to the phone number.
Sources may include a company website, professional profile or a description of a direct business relationship. The participant explains what the source confirms. Details must be accurate and current. The organiser may request missing information; the referral is incomplete until it is supplied.
The participant confirms that the contact knows their details are being shared and has agreed to contact about the described needs. Purchased contact lists and people who do not expect such a conversation must not be submitted. The participant provides the method and date of confirmation on request.
§ 3. Qualification and a conversation of at least 5 minutes
The reward requires all of the following: verification of an operating business, its decision-maker and the phone number, confirmation of real needs relevant to CrewTango, and a substantive conversation of at least 5 minutes between that person and the organiser’s team.
A decision-maker is an owner or someone authorised to select a solution, approve a purchase or conduct the selection process for the business. The organiser independently checks the role and contact details. Call duration, a website or a LinkedIn profile alone does not earn the reward.
A subscription purchase is not required. Submitting a form, an attempted call or booking a time does not establish qualification. Rescheduling does not exclude a referral; the decision follows the conversation and verification of the other criteria.
§ 4. New contacts, duplicates and abuse
Current customers and businesses with which the organiser held documented active sales discussions in the 90 days before the complete referral are excluded. A historical database entry without such contact is not itself a reason for rejection.
One business, identified primarily by tax ID, may earn one reward. The earliest complete referral meeting the criteria has priority. The PLN 250 reward and B2B commission cannot be combined for the same customer. The standard limit is 3 qualified referrals per participant per calendar month; a higher limit must be agreed by email in advance.
Referrals of the participant’s own business and businesses connected through ownership or capital are excluded. The participant discloses other material relationships, including employment by the referred business; these require the organiser’s prior approval and the absence of a conflict of interest.
False details, impersonation, substitute contacts, coordinated pretence of interest and repeated submissions using different identities are prohibited. Documented abuse may result in rejection and exclusion. A shared IP address alone does not establish abuse.
§ 5. Decision and the PLN 250 payment
Within 5 working days of receipt, the organiser provides an initial review outcome or requests missing information. Within 5 working days of the qualified conversation, it confirms acceptance or gives a specific rejection reason. If contact cannot be verified, it reports a pending status; silence does not mean acceptance.
The reward is PLN 250 excluding VAT, plus VAT where applicable, for a participant settling through their business. For an individual outside business activity, it is PLN 250 gross before any legally required deductions. The organiser explains the settlement method before collecting payment details.
Payment is made by bank transfer within 14 calendar days after both acceptance and receipt of complete payment details and correct settlement documents. Legally required payment information is collected only for settlement. Missing information is reported promptly. Any unjustified payment is addressed under applicable law with an explanation.
§ 6. Reviews, personal data and changes
The participant may send information or a complaint to the organiser’s contact email, quoting the referral reference. A reasoned response is provided within 14 calendar days. A dispute about one referral does not suspend other undisputed amounts.
The organiser controls personal data it receives through the programme. Participant data is used for participation, verification and settlement; referred-contact data is used to assess the referral and communicate for the agreed purpose. The organiser ensures an appropriate legal basis and informs people whose details came from a referrer. The privacy policy explains legal bases, retention and individual rights.
Programme changes or closure are announced on the website 14 days in advance and apply to future referrals. Existing referrals remain governed by the version accepted on submission; earned rewards are preserved. Polish law applies, subject to participants’ mandatory rights.

§ 2. Scope of cooperation
The Partner recommends CrewTango to businesses whose needs it understands and provides agreed referrals. STAFFMONITOR handles demonstrations, offers, customer contracts and product support. The arrangement is non-exclusive. The Partner independently decides where and when to perform the activities; the agreed remuneration is commission.
For an individual acting outside business activity, this is a customer-referral services agreement subject to the mandate provisions under Article 750 of the Polish Civil Code. Its subject is recommendation and introduction activities, rather than delivery of a specified work. If the actual arrangement is covered by minimum remuneration law, the parties maintain the required records and settle remuneration accordingly.
Without separate authorisation, the Partner may not conclude contracts, receive payments or make binding statements for STAFFMONITOR. It uses current materials and does not promise unagreed features, discounts or terms. STAFFMONITOR provides information needed for accurate recommendations.
§ 3. Referral registration and attribution
The Partner submits a business tax ID, its needs and a lawfully obtained contact. STAFFMONITOR accepts or explains rejection within 5 working days. The Partner’s own or ownership-connected businesses, current customers and businesses in documented active sales discussions during the previous 90 days are excluded unless an exception is agreed in advance.
An accepted complete referral is reserved to the Partner for 90 days; extensions are confirmed by email. Once a referred customer signs up, STAFFMONITOR confirms attribution for settlement. The first complete accepted referral has priority. The PLN 250 reward and B2B commission are not earned together for the same customer.
§ 4. Commission
Commission is 20% of net payments actually received by STAFFMONITOR from each attributed customer for CrewTango services during 12 consecutive months starting on the date of that customer’s first payment. A net payment is the amount received excluding VAT and after discounts, corrections and refunds. An issued but unpaid invoice is not a payment.
Commission on a monthly or annual payment received during that period is reported for the month of receipt. Payments received after the 12-month period do not earn contractual commission, subject to the Partner’s mandatory rights. Corrections and refunds are explained; the Partner does not bear the consequences of service non-performance attributable to STAFFMONITOR.
For a business Partner, the calculated commission is remuneration excluding VAT, with VAT added where due. For an individual settling outside business activity, the same calculated commission is gross remuneration before legally required tax and contributions financed by that individual. Statutory contributions financed by the payer do not reduce this gross amount.
Example: the customer pays PLN 1,000 excluding VAT. Commission is PLN 200. For a business, this is PLN 200 excluding VAT plus any VAT due; for an individual, it is PLN 200 gross before required deductions. The individual’s transfer amount depends on their tax and insurance status.
Commission accrual and due dates remain subject to mandatory law, including Articles 761–761⁵ of the Polish Civil Code where applicable to the actual cooperation. The agreement’s title does not exclude rights arising from how it is performed.
§ 5. Statements and payments
By the 10th day of the next month, STAFFMONITOR provides a statement of attributed customers, subscription periods, calculation bases, rates, corrections and commission due. The Partner may request explanations and information necessary to check the calculation, while respecting other customers’ data and confidential information.
Payment is based on an agreement signed by both parties and a monthly commission statement. A business issues a correct invoice. An individual acting outside business activity is settled under this services agreement and a bill or settlement statement, without being required to issue a VAT invoice. Payment is made by bank transfer within 14 days of receipt of the appropriate complete settlement document, subject to statutory deadlines.
Before the first payment, an individual supplies the details and declarations needed to establish the payer’s obligations and updates them when circumstances change. STAFFMONITOR calculates and remits tax or advances and contributions where required by law, and provides required tax information. A dispute over part of a statement does not delay payment of the undisputed amount.
§ 6. Data, confidentiality and materials
Each party is responsible for data processing within its own scope. In the basic model they act as separate controllers and share only necessary contact details on an appropriate legal basis. The Partner documents prior agreement to commercial contact and sharing details for the agreed purpose; STAFFMONITOR provides its own privacy information. Processing on behalf of the other party requires separate arrangements if the actual services require them.
The parties protect non-public customer information, individual pricing and business information during the agreement and for 3 years afterwards. This excludes public information, information lawfully held previously and legally required disclosure. The Partner may use supplied CrewTango materials and branding only to perform this agreement and in accordance with the supplied guidelines.
§ 7. Duration and termination
The agreement starts on the agreed date and continues indefinitely. Either party may terminate on one month’s notice in the first year, two months in the second and three months thereafter, ending at month-end. The parties may agree a longer equal period. Statutory rights to terminate for important reasons remain unaffected.
Termination does not cancel commission due. Attributed customers continue to be settled for their agreed earning period. Statutory rights concerning contracts made after termination and any indemnity remain preserved where agency law applies. This agreement imposes no post-termination non-compete obligation.
§ 8. Agreement and signatures
Changes to the rate, earning period or other material terms require both parties’ agreement and do not retrospectively affect acquired rights. Changes require documentary form unless law requires a specific form. Routine referrals and confirmations may be sent to the designated email addresses.
Polish law and statutory court jurisdiction apply. The parties first attempt to resolve disputes through discussion. Authorised representatives of both parties must complete and sign the agreement, either by handwritten signatures on counterparts or qualified electronic signatures. A B2B application or checkbox does not replace signatures on this agreement.
