QR scanning needs a camera and camera permission. QR can support cleaning points, stock products and locations, and customer feedback.
Devices and permissions
Match the device to the work you need to do.
Employee apps are available for Android and iOS, and desktop apps for Windows and macOS. Verify QR/NFC workflows and permissions on the actual device before rollout.
NFC and a compatible tag
The phone must support NFC for the intended workflow. Test reading a bedside or wrist resident tag, cleaning point tag or stock label.
Signing in the app and browser
Employees open an assigned document and sign their own slot in the app. A client can open a browser link and sign without creating an account.
Windows, macOS and terminal
Request the desktop installer from CrewTango. A shared attendance terminal requires a suitable device and a tested employee identification method.
