Getting started

Start one workflow, then roll it out across your team.

A pilot should show the employee workflow and the result in the manager dashboard. Start with a small group, one site or one job type.

Time and tasks

Add a team and project, assign a task, record a day and review the first report.

Specialist modules

Cleaning: prepare points and codes. Care: resident records and NFC. Stock: products, locations and opening quantities. Documents: template and signers.

Devices and access

Test accounts, roles, cameras and NFC on your chosen phones. For computer work, request the Windows or macOS installer.

Rollout support

Email support is included in the main plans. Discuss imports, changes and integrations with CrewTango before rollout.

First steps

1

Choose a workflow and plan.

2

Invite a pilot group and run a trial workflow.

3

Review the result, adjust settings and expand the rollout.

What to prepare and when the pilot is complete

The following split helps plan the trial. Agree supplier support, imports and integrations before rollout.

Your rollout owner

  • Chooses one workflow, site or job.
  • Prepares employees and responsibilities.
  • Defines the data, work rules and expected result.

Administrator

  • Checks the plan, module activation and permissions.
  • Prepares the project, tasks and test resources.
  • Tests devices, login, camera and NFC where required.

Employee and manager

  • Complete the entire workflow on test accounts.
  • Check the record, author, time and assignment.
  • Compare the result with expectations and record remaining issues.

Completion criteria

The employee completes the operation independently. The manager finds and verifies the result. The required report, file or history is available. Permissions match the roles. Remaining issues have owners and a decision on what must be corrected before adding more people.
